Edward Hayes (CIP/PAA) is a real estate entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in this field. During his career Edward Hayes has owned a multitude of properties ranging from land and commercial buildings to industrial and multi-unit residential properties.
Currently, his portfolio consists of numerous residential buildings, mixed use commercial buildings as well as very extensive land holdings most of which are located in Canada, the United States and the Caribbean.
He has also been involved and continues to be involved in numerous development projects in the residential, industrial, commercial, retirement and hospitality real estate markets.
In 2003, Edward Hayes began providing mortgage financing and has grown this into a successful boutique-lending firm which has experienced steady growth in loan volume and satisfied co-lenders.
Mitchell Rosen C.A. Left his partnership in public accountancy in 1989 to acquire an interest in a Quebec based metal processing and trading company which he successfully grew to revenues in excess of $450 million before he exited in 2000.
Since then, he has assumed various operating roles in both public and private enterprises as well as served as an advisor, director, co-lender and owner to numerous companies in a diverse range of business. He has been involved in raising capital and pairing investors with successful business opportunities including various start-up ventures, real estate ventures and financing opportunities.
Through it all, Mitchell has always been involved in real estate and financing activities.
Mitchell brings to TempBridge his resourcefulness, skills and experience in raising capital, his invaluable expertise at P&L analysis and his understanding and insight into complex real estate and financing transactions.
Ralph Esposito, Jr. has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 1982.
While in active legal practice, Ralph specialized in real estate law.
In 1990, he became personally involved in real estate investment and development.
For over 14 years, Ralph was in-house legal counsel to a private Montreal based real estate investment company that owned & managed approximately $250MM of commercial and residential properties in Canada and in the U.S.A.
Since leaving his position, he’s been involved in property development through his privately held real estate company “Omnipex Capital Corp”.
Ralph brings many years of hands on legal and real estate development experience to this team.
Robert Howell is an experienced real estate broker with over 36 years of experience in the real estate market.
A licensed broker since 1981 Robert has worked extensively in the ICI field selling shopping centres, investment properties and industrial buildings throughout Quebec.
Robert also does building administration and has extensive experience in handling tenants and has the required knowledge of the Quebec rental laws.
As well Robert has been very involved in the acquisition of properties, both in Canada and in the United States, and is experienced in all aspects of the acquisition process from due diligence to the transfer of the property and setting up the management team.
Radu Musoiu has completed his degree in Business Administration, specializing in business financing and graduated first in his year at HEC.
He is experienced in property management and has extensive knowledge of various financial and management software programs including Hopem, Applied Business Software and other programs.
Radu is well traveled and is trilingual.
His knowledge and experience in many aspects of real estate makes him a key member of our team an an excellent Controller.
Maydolen Hernandez is a registered Dealer Representative and works closely with our staff assisting in all aspects.
Maydolen has 10 years experience in the field of administration, has extensive knowledge of computer programs and communicates well with our Clientele.
Maydolen has a bachelor of law degree from the Universite Central Los Villas, Cuba. She has training in marketing and commercial negotiations from ACCS, Cuba and in international contracts from CGESTA, La Havane, Cuba.
As well Maydolen completed the programme in French and integration with UQAM-MICCA, Montreal.
Maydolen is fluent in French and Spanish.
Dominique Langis, is our Administrative Assistant and has a solid experience in the private sector and important achievements in the field of administration. She has an excellent knowledge of computer programs and communicates well and effectively with customers. Dominique has completed an intensive course in Administration.
Dominique is fluent in English and French.
Melissa Nadeau is a paralegal having completed her certification with Capilano University. She has nearly twenty years experience in the legal field, having worked as a legal assistant and then as a paralegal in many different areas of law. Melissa also has many years of experience in administration and translation.
Melissa is fluent in French and English.
All of TempBridge’s employees are either bilingual or trilingual.
We currently have and will continue to provide extended customer service including all correspondence and legal documentation both for our co-lender group, borrowers, and other business contacts in French or in English, depending on their preference.
